After approximately four months of building, testing, redesigning, fixing errors, and even postponing the launch, ZipUpp is officially live.
ZipUpp is a new AI-powered hiring platform combining AI screening, progressive candidate information access, and AI interviews into one hiring experience — creating what we believe is a world-first approach to connecting employers and talent.
Traditional hiring consumes enormous amounts of time and money.
Employers review countless resumes, screen candidates, and conduct multiple rounds of interviews. At the same time, job seekers submit application after application, wait for responses, and are often judged primarily by what can fit on a resume.
We asked three simple questions:
Can hiring be faster?
Can it cost less?
Can technology create better connections between talent and opportunity?
ZipUpp was born from those questions.
Our goal is not to use AI to remove people from hiring.
It is to use AI to remove unnecessary work from hiring — so people can spend more time making the decisions that actually require human judgment.
As a non-technical solo founder, I built ZipUpp by using AI throughout the development process and turning an idea into a working global platform in approximately four months.
Today, that idea is no longer just an idea.
