Reward amounts and currency depend on the referred candidate’s registration country or the referred company’s billing country. Your own registration country and the page language do not change those rewards. Your own country is used separately for partner participation and identity requirements.

Introduce partners as well as candidates and companies. Your partners can introduce more partners, growing a network beneath you. When those partners refer qualifying users, you can earn rewards too. Your network rewards reach four steps below you: five levels including yourself.

The partner who directly refers a user keeps 100% of their direct reward. ZipUpp pays network commissions in addition to that reward.

Recruiting a partner alone does not earn a commission.Rewards arise only from actual candidate or company activity that meets the qualification requirements.

D refers one candidate and earns $1 once the reward conditions are met. Here is what each partner receives.

If you refer the candidate yourself, you earn $1. ZipUpp pays the partners above you separately, so your $1 is not reduced.

    Email verification, required profile details, and qualifying search activity are checked. Approval follows a standard 30-day validation period and review.

    Request a payout when your approved, unpaid balance reaches $100.

Your first payout may require payment details, an address, and applicable tax or identity verification information. Approval and payment timing depend on the review.

Frequently asked questions

What to know before you join.

Is there a joining fee or required purchase?
There is no joining fee. You do not need to buy a product or paid service to become a partner. The program is open to individuals and businesses.
Does an account registration alone earn a reward?
No. A user must register with valid referral attribution, verify their email, complete their required profile, and perform the relevant job or candidate discovery activity. Commissions are approved after the standard 30-day validation period and eligibility and fraud review.
Do I have to wait until someone is hired?
A completed hire is not required for a referral reward. Candidates and companies must meet their respective usage requirements and pass review. A referred company’s first eligible paid transaction can generate an additional reward.
When is the additional $10 company reward earned?
It is generated when an eligible referred company completes its first qualifying paid transaction. At launch, this is normally expected to be its first paid AI Detailed Screening. The first-paid reward is earned only once per company.
What do I earn for recruiting another partner?
Partner recruitment or registration alone earns nothing. Network commissions are generated only when partners in your network acquire real users whose qualifying activity or first eligible paid transaction meets the program requirements. The applicable level and rate determine your commission.
When can I request a payout?
Under the US program, you can request a payout when your approved, unpaid balance reaches $100. Pending earnings do not count. Your first payout requires payment details and may require applicable tax information or identity verification.
