- Additional costs
- Users are responsible for internet access, data charges, devices, microphones, and other equipment required to use the Service. No shipping charge applies to these digital services.
- Payment methods
- Available payment methods are shown on the final confirmation screen for each paid feature.
- Payment and charge timing
- AI Detailed Screening: When processing starts for the selected Candidate. Information disclosure: When the Candidate approves and disclosure for that Job relationship is completed. Sending a request alone is not chargeable. AI Interview: When the Candidate starts the AI Interview. The settlement date is governed by the payment method and conditions displayed at checkout.
- Service delivery
- Processing begins promptly after the on-screen confirmation and applicable conditions are satisfied. Completion may require reasonable processing time because of communications, system conditions, or external providers.
- Application period
- Where an application period is limited, the deadline is shown on the applicable paid-feature screen. Otherwise, no fixed application period applies.
- Cancellation and refunds
- Because these are digital services, user-requested cancellation or refund is not available after the applicable charge event. No charge applies before Detailed Screening starts, before Candidate approval and completed information disclosure, or before the Candidate starts an AI Interview. An AI Interview remains chargeable if the Candidate ends it after starting. If a paid service is not provided for a reason attributable to us, or an incorrect or duplicate charge is confirmed, we will investigate and provide a refund, account credit, or another appropriate remedy. Any non-waivable cancellation, termination, refund, or other right under applicable law remains available.
- Technical requirements
- A supported browser, stable internet connection, and a suitable device are required. AI Interviews require a working microphone and audio input/output supported by the user's device.
- Other transaction terms
- Candidates are not charged. ZipUpp does not charge a hiring success fee based on headcount or salary. $29 per month subscription. Free during the beta period. Review the Terms and the final confirmation shown for each paid action.
