Make recruitment a more equal, considered connection.
Recruitment advertising and success fees can make the additional cost of one hire disproportionately high. We believe that is a convention worth changing. ZipUpp was created to offer the recruitment industry a meaningful new choice.
Companies should not be the only side with agency. Candidates and Companies should be able to understand one another as equals. They can progress anonymously where appropriate, and Candidates can ask the questions that matter before an interview. Building that understanding early can reduce mismatch for everyone.
The final interview should not be spent rushing through basic confirmations. It should focus on the things only people can assess together: character, values, and cultural fit. Creating that better normal for recruitment is the change ZipUpp intends to make.
