A report that compares the Company’s registered initial conditions—role, employment type, experience, required skills, compensation, location, work style, language and availability—with the Candidate’s registered information.
A report for confirming practical experience and working approach beyond initial conditions, using reusable Candidate information and additional questions. It shows answered and pending items together.
A post-interview report that organizes facts confirmed through a conversation between the AI and Candidate on Company-selected topics, including initial answers, targeted follow-ups, response timing, and unresolved points.
The AI interview uses a natural back-and-forth conversation similar to a human interview. When an initial answer does not sufficiently address a Company-selected topic, it asks targeted follow-up questions based on the Candidate's response and records the resulting facts. This is designed to help hiring teams understand Candidates in depth and focus their time on final interviews and decisions.

Initial-condition comparison is free. Before a Company confirms a paid action, ZipUpp shows its price and charging condition. There is no hiring success fee.

A monthly subscription applies after beta.
U.S. prices are separate, tax-exclusive settings. Applicable tax may be added depending on residence, state, or other location, and the final total is shown before payment.
Names, contact details, and other personal information are not disclosed merely because both sides show interest. An information-disclosure charge occurs only when the Candidate explicitly approves disclosure to the relevant Company.
Final pricing eligibility and tax are confirmed during registration and payment based on the service conditions, billing destination, and applicable tax.

Before applying through a company link, Candidates are clearly told what information will be shared and with which Company, and must consent. Each link is issued for one Company and gives you a direct-application route alongside ordinary anonymous matching.
