Assumes 16.6 applications per search, a mean three-month search and no fees while paused. Monthly return rate: 15%÷12; annual attrition: 5%. Assumed ages: 20s 25%, 30s 35%, 40s 25%, 50s 15%, uniform within bands, with age 60 as a modeling cutoff.
Assumed prices: screening $15, interview $150, disclosure $250 (a $75,000 salary example). Overall rates 25%, 17.5%, 1.05% yield $6.525 per application and $108.315 per search. Who can participate?
Individuals, sole proprietors, single-owner companies and businesses can join with no joining fee. Email verification and agreement acceptance are required.
When are commissions paid?
Monthly close, paid by the end of the following month. The minimum is USD 300; smaller balances carry forward. Identity and bank verification, validation periods and agreement conditions apply.
Does the 20% rate continue?
No declining rate or year limit. Eligible usage must occur while the agreement is active. Agreements renew monthly; see the terms for termination and other conditions.
Can I view candidate information?
Candidate identities, answers, interview reports and assessment content are not shared with partners. Commission reporting is separate from candidate information.
Will I earn immediately?
Registration and introductions alone earn nothing. Community growth and employer paid usage affect whether any earnings arise. Simulations are hypothetical estimates.

Commission and payment conditions

- Commission basis
- Calculated on eligible tax-exclusive settled paid-service revenue associated with your referrals. Registration alone, free usage, unpaid amounts and refunds are excluded.
- Rates and duration
- No declining rate or year limit. Earn 20% of eligible revenue during an active agreement. New usage after termination does not earn commission, except where required by law.
- Payment schedule
- Payments are monthly: month-end close, paid by the end of the following month for eligible amounts requested by the closing date. Validation periods and review conditions apply.
- Minimum payout
- USD 300 minimum. Smaller balances carry forward to following months. Identity, bank verification and other agreement conditions apply.
- Agreement and privacy
- Agreements renew monthly. See the terms for termination, nonrenewal, access suspension and final settlement. Candidate identities, answers and interview reports are not shared with partners.
